Capital Punishment

The murder destroy the right to be alive, therefore nowadays capital punishment creates a heated discussion as the death sentence is showing the same action as the killer do. I think that the action of killing someone is wrong, doesn't matter in which is base this type of kill, so I think that is better implement life imprisonment than taking a life.
If we execute someone who break rights, we are breaking their rights so this measure is an agressive way of showing punishing also is inmoral. Furthermore doing this kind of justice, knowing that the justice system has flaws so the killer could hill again. Killing someone who kills to show a punishing is ironic. In addition the action of killing someone is sometimes emotional so this kind of killing can be forgive. 
In conclusion the death sentence should not be legal because is depends a lot in the situation. In my opinion capital punishment's system has a lot of flaws so maybe an inocent can die. Furthermore if He kills, why I can kill? we have to think about that, because if he is suffer the consequences of killing someone, why the justice can kill without punishment?
